Eating healthy is hard, even for adults, so that's why Bridget McManus gives advice to parents who need help when it comes to packing healthful lunches and getting their kids to eat their veggies. With the help from the great blog post "Great Tips for Healthy Back to School Lunches" by PeopleJam member pearlofafrika, Bridget tells parents to say away from artificial flavors, MSG, and all processed foods. Bridget also discusses how to make everyday foods such as mashed potatoes, and sweets such as brownies: healthier and your kids won't even know it!
In this episode:
No spinach in brownies!! That is a sin!! LOL
But carrot chopped in pizza topping works very well with kids ;-)
Great job Bridget!
sing with me now!...A, you're adorable; B, you're beautiful; C, you're so cute and full of charm...(no copyright infringement intended here;))....You are doing the lord's work, Bridget. Keep at it! ;)

I had some M&Ms for the first time since I was a kid today and they were good! So a little bit of chocolate must be ok as well?
