Having trouble starting your workout? Motivational speaker Bob Kriegel shares one of his secrets to staying fit.
I basically live in my workout clothes. If I don't have somewhere to be, then I've got my running shoes on. It keeps my fitness goals actively running through my mind. The commitment is key, but I'm not sure about the "routine" part. I hear "routine" and I wanna rebel! Kudos to you Bob!! 300/day is mighty impressive.
