I've been listening to the 'FAN since its first broadcast, and as much as I love listening to the mainstays like Mike & The Mad Dog, Steve Summers, and so on, the station has the knack for keeping things fresh by shaking things up and going against convention. Hiring Evan not only added a great new voice to the radio, but also someone that 'regular fans' like me could easily relate to. Kudos to Evan for taking a chance and following his dream, and to WFAN's management for not being afraid to go against the grain.
