I believe that good overall health is important for being more vigorous in the bedroom and eating well is definitely a big part of that. But I’ve read articles on aphrodisiacs and things of that nature, which have lead me to believe it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. Beef and chicken, like oysters, are also high in zinc, and they aren't touted as aphrodisiacs. Part of me wonders how much of this aphrodisiac hype can be chalked up to myth. That being said, I do like to maintain a healthy diet of tiger penis.
