Hi- I, too, thought 20 mins was a great workout. However, I have been hearing you really need to do 30 mins to make a difference these days. Have you heard that or what do you think about it?

What makes CrossFit work in shorter periods of time than traditional workouts is the intensity. An INTENSE 20 minutes is worth a lot more than a moderate 30 minutes.
