CrossFit expert Andy Petranek demonstrates the "Angie" exercise technique: 100 pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups and squats.
"Are-you-out-of-your-mind-I'm-about-to-die-workout!"
I got a stopwatch the other day, specifically for this workout after a friend tried it and told me her ass got tighter.
I'm sold Mr. Petranek, I'm sold!
Yes - it's a bit daunting... here's the thing... scale it to suit your ability. Do 50, 60 or 70 of everything - and still do it as fast as possible. OR, use assistance for the pull ups - giant rubber band works great.
Andy...you are amazing! What about people who can barely do 2 pull ups - this seems like a pretty intense work - out - do you have something t bit more doable for those just starting out?
Great video...
You can track your workouts and see how you have scored over at http://www.wodclub.com.
Anyhow... i liked your video!
its not that bad if you break it up in sets, Id did 25 pushups, then as many pullups as i could do, then 25 situps, back to pullups, 25 squats, back to pullups, etc. Got up to 100 of each in a hurry. NO soreness in legs or chest or bas, but 100 pullups is brutal and my lats are very sore today.

You're not supposed to move on to the next exercise until you have completed all reps of the previous.
