That was great. I thought I had seen this one, but it looks like you covered more specific exercises. I never understood all the contraptions they use....but the moves you did seem pretty simple and maybe i'll try them. Bridget, you were great at demonstrating them for us.

Super cool information. Pilates are expensive. I bought a pilates tape once and I never stuck with it. I guess I should dust it off and try again. Great job Bridget!

A great look at Pilates. Is it just me or does anyone ache just watching this, lol. I don't think I'm that flexible.

Pilates is my favorite. This just goes to show you, one doesn't have to spend hundreds on Gym memberships, you can easily do a rigorous pilates workout in the privacy of your own home. all you need is a comfortable place and the right mind set. Thanks!

I've been doing yoga for awhile now, but it would be nice to change things up every other day or so. Pilates looks like it would be a great workout and really work the core muscles, which are the hardest for me. Very informative video. I like that I could easily do these exercises at home without much, if any, equipment, and I wouldn't have to go to the gym. Thanks!

This is very good. There is actual information in this and not just lame joke fluff like I saw in another episode. If The Jam wants to be the greatest show on the internet then this is the angle they should go for.
