cute bear impression :] i heart you bridget
Bridget looks really, really good in HD quality on youtube. Like, really extra good. I so love watching this show everyday, especially when it's just Bridget giving the advice.
So funny! I agree with the other comments, I love this show!!!
More Bridget dancing. Oh yeah and the advice is good too. 8-)
"I think mean people should be fat" brilliant...that humpty dance made my day, in my next life i want to come back as a chair(think of the possibilities {insert creepy laugh here}).In the mean time i'll just eat like a bear, does that include the hibernation?
Wow, HD is cool. The clarity of the video was nice, and of course Bridget was Great! Funny bear expression, and yes, the tips were also good.
I would tell a friend about these clips. Bridget is really entertaining, not like a clown or anything :) I also like the blogs tips.
Haha. Humpty Hump. I agree a fully balanced meals are great. Most of those diets only focus on one or two food groups.
Nutrition Wednesday was funny. I love Andrew from Top Chef. Sugar Free foods have chemicals that are stored as fat. I had no idea! I drink tons of diet coke. So I think the advice was sound, eat lots of natural foods. Loved this video.
Great Topic! I live in LA..and it seems it is the land of "sugar free" and "fat free" foods. These foods however are jam packed with chemicals, like Bridget stated. If you want to lose weight you have to stop starving yourself and dieting and eat more naturally. Check your labels, stop eating processed foods filled with high fructose corn syrup, and watch the miracle it does to your body!
This is such great advice. It makes so much sense to just not diet and to just eat healthy and balanced meals. It's such common sense but nobody ever pays attention to that!
I knew that you weren't supposed to go for the fat free foods, while dieting. And, I know that you're supposed to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. I know all of these things. And, the funny thing about them is... I didn't quite know why. I've always heard different reasons. Thanks to Bridget, once again, I understand why.
Very useful tips Bridget. Yes from today I am going to take only quality food with balanced meals as you said.
I can appreciate any video that shows love for the Digital Underground.
Interesting piece of information on how the chemicals found in low-fat foods are often stored up instead of broken down, I did not know that! But I do remember hearing that 8 glasses of water may be too much and that 6 is a healthier number, though I could be mistaken. Still, great video!
I found it really interesting that the chemicals in processed foods are often stored in the body as fat instead of being broken down and passed through. I think Bridget may have just solved the obesity epidemic! This is great advice - so many people go on these crazy, unbalanced diets, and end up maintaining or gaining weight. A balanced diet focused on veggies should help you lose weight, and 64 ounces of water a day is the recommended number.
She's so cute and perky and makes any subject interesting! I like that she gave two quick tips to helping in the weight loss merry-go-round instead of five or ten. People who are trying to diet should make one or two changes at a time. That's what makes you successful in taking weight off and keeping it off. Oh, and I agree with her. Mean people should be fat!
