Eating healthy is great, but it is okay to splurge once in a while to eat some crap food, because of course it's delicious, but it's okay to have some sort of unhealthy food once in a while.

This video was a rude awakening. I didn't know the certain effects that food had on you, unhealthy. This shows you how to eat healthy and do it in a really smart way. Eating healthy is so expensive, though. I'll have to work on it, when I can afford it.

Proof that you have to sacrifice to live a long life, I guess. I hate veggies but need to learn to eat them.

Great advice- I've never thought about having my produce delivered, but it might be worth a try. I'm just hoping I don't have brain damage from all the green beans I eat.

Such a wealth of information here! Farmers markets are a great place to get fresh produce, and they're usually cheaper (and healthier!) than your local grocery store. Here in north Georgia, there are orchards everywhere. During the summer and fall, you can go pick apples, peaches, berries, and many more crops. It's a fun, cheap idea for family bonding and you get fresh produce! Love these ideas. Great video!

Wow! This is the first time I had heard that Peaches, apples, and green beans have neuro-toxins that could cause brain damage! I will have to further research this!! Also enjoy the suggestions for having local fresh fruit and vegies delivered. That saves time and money!

The first sentence was amazing. I hate strawberries. ;)

These videos are all so hilarious and really informative! Great and informative video about the different ways to get organic foods. I can't wait until it's spring again and the farmer's market opens up near where I live. Hooray for fresh foods!

This is hilarious. I think I went to school with Mildred. But seriously, I am college student on a serious budget trying to keep to a new years resolution. You know I'm on my way to look up the local farmer's market and food co-op. Thanks for the great ideas!

I think eating bad can make you feel sick/tired more of the time and you might not even realize it...eating good keeps you energized and maybe even helps keep your mood stable. Just my opinion....eating burgers always grossed me out after I ate them, so i'm glad i don't do that anymore. Go veg! Bridget rocks! (not a fan of Mildred though)

God, I love Bridget.
I appreceate the advice, but if I have to choose between living a long healthy life till a old age or die earlier and not so healthy and eat whatever I like, I'll take the fun choice.
