I clicked no I would no recommend this video. The author, did a wonderful job informing me of what his purpose in life was, but offered little in the way of advice for someone to find what there purpose in life may be. He did not address fully how he came to realize what his purpose is, which could have given a viewer some incite to find their purpose.
