The title totally made me want to watch this video. I also have done so many diets in my life and your advices are very very productive. I especially like the part that you talk about just starting a new day. Sometimes, it takes one mistake to completely make me feel bad and stop dieting. By the way, you look great, Bridget!

I love that this pretty, thin host talks about battling her weight! That breaks the stereotype and I love it. She also gave some good advice and made me feel like I am not alone. I need to lose over 200lbs, so this is very inspirational.

So true, Bridget! I'm currently in the process of changing habits and have lost about 15 lbs over a period of 6 months. Avoiding diets as you say is a must. All those years of trying to hurry up and get thin was a waste of time. I exercise daily, eat three meals per day, and cut down on carbs and sweets.

the first tip is so true. you can't care about anyone until you care about yourself... it's got to be a real change, not just a short term one.

This is kind of off topic, but Bridget is totally hot, and yet, she's not doing herself any favors with this shirt. It fits kind of weird. The rest of the tips are good, but if I'm thinking about poor sartorial choices instead of content, that's not good.
