Hi, I'm Syl Leduc and I've been a change agent in the lives of thousands of people for nearly two decades. I work with individual clients and organizations. My clients include executives, leaders, and teams in small businesses, non-profits, large organizations, and Fortune 100 companies. The goal, always, is to increase their success and to enhance their leadership skills. This year I receive the International Coach Federation's PRISM Award for the coaching I do.

Before launching SAGE Leaders, I was an Executive with an international career transition organization and later, with the Change Management group at Ernst & Young, LLP, one of the former "Big Five" Management Consulting Firms. I have a Masters degree in Educational Psychology and a BA in Psychology from the University of Calgary (I'm from Canada and now live in Arizona).

In addition, I'm a Certified Executive Coach, and on the faculty for the College of Executive Coaching, www.ExecutiveCoachCollege.com and I am on with The Ken Blanchard Companies as one of their Executive Coaches.
