I love people! Pure and simple, that’s it. As I’ve evolved in my personal and business life, I’ve gained the realization that by working at making my world a better place, and helping to make the world of others a better place, ultimately The World becomes a better place for others, both for those already here, and also for those generations to come. This has become my passion, my purpose.
I began running my own business in England at age 17. By the ripe age of 27, I moved to California to become Vice President of a multinational corporation based in Munich, Germany. After 6 years in the “corporate” world, I decided that “smaller” is better (for me) and resigned from that company, starting my own import and distribution business. I spent more than the next 15 years growing that business and the various incarnations into which it “morphed.”
I awoke one day, and realized that there was something much more important for me to accomplish in this life than importing and distributing goods. Thanks to some individuals I met, the world of coaching was introduced to me and it was love-at-first-bite!” After completing my training with CTI (Coaches Training Institute), I became certified by ICF (International Coach Federation).
I now work primarily with business owners and CEOs of small to moderate sized businesses. As a former CEO myself, I know how isolating it can be at the top. You are ultimately responsible for everything and expected to be an expert everywhere in the company, yet who can you talk to? With whom does the CEO engage in conversation, that does not have an agenda? With whom to express concerns, challenges, dreams? With whom to brainstorm, role-play or to held accountable? These are the kinds of questions I hear from CEOs and business owners, and they all have found coaching to be helpful in reducing stress, creating life balance and in gaining a sense of achievement, almost instantly, from the very first session. Yes, coaching has become very rewarding, in many ways, for all parties concerned!
In recent years, I’ve designed and developed a tool for growth and transformation called The GROW Principle. It has been taught as a coaching tool to members of ICF, and at UCLA Extension to HR professionals. It has been adapted for use by corporate teams and leaders, for use by couples in relationship and as a powerful yet simple tool for personal growth and change. Books, audio and other products are in the process of being developed for distribution, and I am extremely proud of this body of work as it continues to evolve.
Like I said, I love people, and this love affair is, without question, a lifelong romance!

Predicting a Successful New Year
Thursday, December 20, 2007 - 21:04Many years ago I was invited to have a "psychic" reading with a beautiful, very old, very wise woman. Such things were mildly entertaining to me in those days and the reading did describe things about me and my life that she could not have possibly known. She certainly earned my respect as a wise and gifted soul and at the end of the session she asked me if I had any questions.0 CommentsTHE 10 TOP THINGS TO RELEASE

This is accomplished by Relaxing the tummy muscles, allowing the abdomen to expand to its fullest with the inhale, and then by tensing the tummy muscles, forcing the air out completely with the exhale.0 CommentsVictim to Victor
Saturday, September 22, 2007 - 18:19We all fall victim, from time to time, to events, issues and people that present themselves in all shapes and forms. We become victims of fear, anger, guilt, disappointment and many other feelings and reactions to events that occur in our lives. We have little control over the events themselves, but we do have the power and ability to control our reactions, the behaviors we exhibit in response to those various events. In fact, either we control our reactions and have dominion over them, or we are controlled by those reactions and we become victim to them.4 Comments
