I work with individuals and business people to dramatically improve their personal lives and/or achieve their professional goals. While most of us have heard the term “coaching” quite often, I like to define it this way: Coaching is a unique partnership designed to help clients explore and clarify goals that align with their personal values and natural abilities, and discover the actions to take that will produce the fulfilling results they desire.

Knowing that people seek to pursue their right track to fulfillment, I guide clients in designing a life and/or business of passion, purpose, and meaning. Coaching them to take action on building the reality they desire, I inspire and motivate them to overcome obstacles that may get in the way of success.

I have discovered that my natural abilities and skills are a perfect fit for coaching and in complete alignment with my purpose in life. What I most enjoy being a coach are the relationships formed with my clients, facilitating their pursuit of success, and having the opportunity to experience their growth. I am a compassionate listener with a genuine interest in others’ well being. I have a high level of integrity, come from my heart, and top it all off with a good sense of humor.

I am particularly interested in the field of leadership. My experience has taught me that great leaders can empower, inspire, and motivate, having a tremendous impact on people’s lives. When coaching people in leadership positions, I believe I am most effective with those in small to midsize companies, entrepreneurs, first-time leaders, leaders working with teams, and especially those working with challenging people.

I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Business from the University of Southern California. I have nineteen years of corporate experience and received my coaching training from Coach U Inc. I serve on the Board of the International Coach Federation - Orange County Chapter. I am also a family man whose primary focus is my wife, our 7 year old daughter, and 3 year old son.
