Three years ago I stepped in to help co-lead a powerful global group called the Powerteam. It was initially formed many years ago as a stop gap to fill in the time until Tony's next revisit to the area. The Powerteam then was about 24 and recently in mid 2008 it grew to up to 120 at a meeting and about 750 members who are immersed and involved in personal development and "Tony" supporters.

A few months ago I developed and launched Powermastery, a group dedicated to empowerment, human potential and personal development in real and tangible ways. An empowerment community that walked the talk. With 6 months of conception we hosted our first ever Retreat and Conference attracting 20 presenters from throughout the US and generating all rave reviews on blogs, articles and media reports. It was the basis for personal transformation and the nexus for where those who truly seek achievement and more in their lives are headed.

We just had two monthly meetings with leading presenters. With the success of the first two meetings (every third Thursday of each month in NYC) and a launch party attracting 140 registrants I knew we had the makings of a community that was on going to create huge results.
