Exploration is Nicolette Pizzitola’s trademark. Whether traveling the globe or navigating personal and professional paths, Nicolette is known for pushing the boundaries.

After pursuing a career filled with twists and turns through corporate American, the non-profit world, governmental agencies, public relations firms and consulting, Nicolette decided to embark on a new exploration that would take her beyond her comfort zone. Taking leave of her investor relations position at Time Warner in New York City, Nicolette spent six months in exploring India, regaining her balance, studying art and practicing yoga. Her investigation led her to her latest entrepreneurial effort - Compass Point Associates, LLC, a coaching and consulting business dedicated to helping people live vibrant lives defined by their own personal vision rather than the roles carved out by society, family, obligation or the past.

Through her own personal exploration Nicolette has learned that moving beyond comfort can open up new possibilities, present opportunities for learning and provide a greater understanding of underlying strength. She established Compass Point Associates to give people the tools they need to boldly create the lives they want to live.

In addition to her with client through Compass Point, Nicolette writes a blog - RevolutionMe.com and facilitates incubator intensives for Ladies Who Launch as a natural extension of her commitment to helping women build lives they love.

Nicolette enthusiastically encourages you forge your own personal and professional vision!
