I am a graduate of the Life Coaching certification program offered through Rhonda Britten's Fearless Living Institute in Boulder, Colorado. Since I can remember, exploring the self-development pathway felt natural. I discovered Fearless Living at a point in my life where I understood that mastering my fear was the key to changing my life. Fearless Living offered me the support and tools to begin. I bring the life experience of marriage & divorce, motherhood, how discovering true self-acceptance allowed me to soar to unimaginable new heights in my life as well as nearly twenty years of corporate service to my client sessions. I'm also passionate about astrology and incorporate other forms of spiritual practice into my daily life. I love what I do because it’s exciting to watch people rediscover possibility, take action and “become the change” they’ve been waiting, wishing and hoping for in order to be happy.

My first promise to my clients is to give the best coaching I know how to give. My second promise is to continually upgrade my coaching skills so that I can deliver fully on my first promise. The results of my client's coaching experience is up to them.
