What can I possibly say here that you don't already see written all over my face?

Living a life of joy that is my delight and privilege to share.

Happily married to the love of my life for over 17 years (not my first, but my LAST husband, Chuck Beatty, who met me when he hired me to speak!)

Totally happy in my own skin (at last!)

Totally loving my life, my home, where I live ~ in the house of my dreams, on two and a half acres of wooded land, shared with 2 cats and by deer and hawks and a big fat woodchuck!

~ Finding your voice and claiming your power as a speaker. One of the qualities of a leader is the ability to speak well. If you have found the typical way that speaking skills are taught to be less than useful for you, I can show you a very simple way to claim your signature speaking strengths in my classes and with my coaching. As the Coach's Speaking Coach and The Business Speaking Coach, I know how to make speaking FUN!

~ Making any communication a dialog between equals. If you want to increase your skills in conversation, handling conflict, giving and receiving feedback, talking through misunderstandings caused by differences in communication style, or anything else that happens in conversation between people, I can help you make it simpler and easier and much more collaborative!

~ Making sure the conversation you are having with yourself is a fruitful one. This is partly about having a positive attitude and the ability to reframe circumstances, and partly a willingness to look at what you are telling yourself is true (ie "what you think about, you bring about"). After working through my own and many others internal conversations over the years, I am quite skilled at helping you see what you want to keep, and what you want to release, to create the life you want, brick by brick.

~ Putting together a training program that easily transfers your knowledge in a simple and straightforward way. As a Master Trainer, I have a background in Instructional Design and Classroom Techniques. I have created models that make it simple to "plug in" your content and allow you to get your training created relatively quickly and easily.

I want to collaborate with people who are really good at "gaming". I want to create interpersonal skills training on the platform of gaming - like creating a "holodeck" for learning communications skills - and possibly speaking skills.

I want to collaborate with coaches who want to learn my strategies for my speaking skills training, so I can teach them how to get the 100% success rate I am getting. My goal is to license the training so it can reach millions more people than I can possibly reach.

I am looking for a VA who is exceptionally proficient in virtual business practices and who wants to partner with her clients in a way that allows her work to be an income generator for their business. I want to create a thriving 7-figure business and I want to work with a VA who will help me get there!
