I am a mom of 2 -- NYC native transplanted to upstate NY (which I LOVE). I was ill for years and 2 years ago began to study the law of attraction and the mind body connection and have been healthy and on no painkillers since. The doctors said I would only get worse! Now I want to provide people with lots of information on different modalities to heal from within. I write a lot about consciousness and being aware and awake to the messages you are sending yourself and how you are living your life.
