Experience

I genuinely believe one person can make a difference
I believe that every vote counts
I believe that a penny saved is a penny earned.
I believe IT, whatever IT is, is possible. World peace included whether it be in my lifetime or the next, I believe ’worth working toward.
I believe each piece makes up the whole and is therefore significant.
In short, I believe…..
So deeply that the word Crede (Latin for ‘believe’) on my wrist is apart of every handshake, every hello and every interaction I have…..
I believe.

Believing is how I, along with my business partner Michelle Randal, became one of the first executive coaches for members of the U.S. Congress. It is how we co-authored Winning Without Compromising…Yourself and why we founded Glass Houses Coaching & Consulting, Inc., a resource for people in the public eye, with the mission of cultivating visionary leaders that further the greater good. At Glass Houses, we cultivate the next generation of Eleanor Roosevelts, Bonos or Nelson Mandellas by supporting people as they own their vision and become the change they wish to see in the world. We serve those with influence over the masses as well as those whose influence is within their own homes. All people can make a difference and we seek to support them wherever they are on their journey.

Believing is how I realized my dream of working as an actress in film and television. I have lived the life I wanted to live which includes acting, getting my graduate degree in Spiritual Psychology, meeting and marrying Spike Feresten; a wonderful man who keeps me laughing and together we are now enjoying pregnancy with our first child.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and also serve on the Advisory Board of the Young Progressive Majority (YPM), an organization of 25-35 year olds dedicated to increasing the vote for local progressive candidates and issues in Southern California.I am credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and received my coach training from Coach For Life. I hold a Masters of Art in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Central Florida.

Three things you may not know about me:
• I performed stand-up at the infamous Hollywood Improv to rave reviews (from my friends of course!).
• Last summer my family and I ventured on our own to a small village in the Dominican Republic where they we construct homes for many beautiful, deserving families.
• I enjoy hosting a rowdy girls’ poker night every Thursday night.
