I am a woman over 40 who realizes that this time in my life I am going through changes, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I want to feel good, look my best and connect with myself and people who bring me joy. I began trying to think of ways to reach out to women because I know a lot of them are going through similar issues. I realized the best way to assist other women is to provide a forum where women can share and learn as well as be inspired and empowered. I began a website www.senseofawoman.com in order to reach this goal. We send out FREE emails about issues such as empty nest, handling stress, reviving a midlife marriage, retirement and getting organized. We have a blog where a woman can post an issue she is having and other women can reply with their inspiring suggestions. There is also a shopping page where women over 40 can sell their own creations. This is the beginning of my dream. We have so many great ideas to expand the site and make it a place women can turn to receive support, friendship and to find the answers they are searching for in a fun and whimsical setting.
