About Me
I have fifteen years in outside sales. Many times excelling, sometimes struggling, but always striving to improve. My diverse selling background includes the tax and payroll industry, commercial real estate market and the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. It was in those markets that I developed a formidable skill set in business planning, sales and marketing, public speaking, mentoring and group facilitating and training. I was fortunate to have started out in sales with a company that saw the ROI on continuous sales training and was committed to challenging its sales force. That training provided me with a solid sales foundation and sparked my passion for sales and human development.
In my numerous sales positions, I consistently outperformed, winning many regional and national sales and service awards. Throughout my sales career, I was always working on initiatives to improve the sales process. I saw that there were opportunities for improving systems in both sales training and sales management training. Achieving Your Apex is a sales consulting, training and coaching company committed to helping you “Rise Above Your Best.”

A well trained coach can be a great way to help individuals to channel the negative energy that is all around into more productive outlets. What impact would it have on your ability to focus on what things you can control and how you can use the current environment as a learning tool to catapult your personal development2 CommentsCoaches are for people who are weak. What?
Friday, October 31, 2008 - 17:30I had a conversation with an executive who said that he had been approached about coaching. He said that he felt if he went to his boss to say he wanted a coach it would be perceived as a sign of weakness. It was a brief conversation but one that I have thought about continuously. I wonder if anyone would think Tiger Woods was weak for using a coach? Tiger's coach is not a better golfer than he is. If that was the case, Tiger's coach would be the top golfer. So what does Tiger's coach provide? His coach provides a challenging and supportive environment. His coach is able3 Comments
