As the Internet Marketing Manager/ SEO Analyst for PeopleJam, I'm here to get the word out about this amazing site that offers real tips/videos/connections with other people on how to live your best life. What a hard job, huh? Promoting a site that focuses on living up to our true potential and touting its benefits which I would probably be doing even if I wasn't an employee. Life could be worse.
I've lived in LA for the past four years and love doing yoga and cooking. And eating too, let's not forget that important 'hobby'. LA has the BEST restaurants (Sushi, Mexican, Thai, Persian.) You name it, LA's got it, and it's no doubt run by a member of that community, seeing as L.A. is the most diverse city EVER in the history of the world. I think I read that somewhere, but let me just put in a little disclaimer in case I just made that up.
I have a cute little mom (she's 5'1"; I'm her giant daughter at 5'9" 1/2), a dog Kimi, and a brand new puppy Jazzy Blue (only the cutest little guy EVER). I dare you to try and top him. I live to travel (Macchu Picchu, Peru and Santorini, Greece are my favorites thus far, with the Dominican Republic a close second), and I'm officially obsessed with dancing salsa. Yes, I recognize it as an obsession since I woke up dreaming about it this morning and the morning before that too. That's okay though; I'm fine w/ it. Nobody's perfect, right? I dance a type of Cuban salsa called Casino Rueda, where everyone dances in a circle and we constantly switch partners. Very, very fun.
At the risk of sounding cheesy, I find meaning in life in the little things, i.e. watching Jazzy play in the grass, eating organic raspberries, blueberries & strawberries for breakfast, and playing Ticklemonster (a real game btw) with my little cousins. I just want to be happy, and I know that being a part of PeopleJam brings me closer to that ultimate goal. Because isn't that what life is really all about anyway?
