I speak internationally and make appearances in fitness videos, print ads, commercials, independent films, documentaries and theater performances – bridging art and fitness. Most recently my reputation as a pop-culture correspondent appeared on VH1 and Logo's hit series, "Can't Get a Date,” where I gave fitness and lifestyle advice to New York City's finest "Gen-Y femme fatales".
I was the resident scribe for “Shape” en Espanol and I still contribute to top publications like “Self” and “Fitness Magazines”. You can find me in cyberspace at great destinations like www.nikewoman.com.

Monday, December 17, 2007 - 05:17I know that when I am wanting and desirous of a certain thing that rules every impulsive and indulgent cell in my body…whether it be sugar or that extra glass of vin rouge, the one that will have you spilling the vin rouge right after your guts, I have to check in with myself and say “self, or rather, Ary, what are you doing? what does your day look like tomorrow? How will you feel soon after?2 CommentsLoveLust-One percent at a Time- Part 2

Tuesday, November 20, 2007 - 18:05When it comes to relationships, I am either turned on beyond reason's control or turned off to the point of pure discomfort and discontent with the situation or person. It is truly magic at first encounter. I desire the person badly and the chemistry is always mutual. This magic breeds such bravado in me that I fearlessly jump in one hundred percent head and tail off!3 CommentsHonor my prayer practice every night
Tuesday, October 16, 2007 - 18:28I recently moved to an area close to my immediate and extended family and old friends. I have never been a classically trained 'family person'. Now I find that all I care to do with my free time is spend it with people that truly see me as I am and love me more for it. They have taught me to give in and do the same with them. I LOVE my family, old friends, new home and gorgeous environment. I am thankful and pray with gratitude.2 CommentsSupersetting-Lets get it back in group fitness!

Tuesday, August 28, 2007 - 18:28Let’s talk body type basics! The more we understand our bodies, the better we will care for our bodies. Scientifically, there are three general body types and of course, hybrids of the three – nothing in this life is perfect and obsolete.1 Comments
