After healing an incurable thyroid disease by improving my diet and lifestyle, I realized the old adage, "you are what you eat," is clearly one of the most profound statements in regards to human health.

I am a Natural Foods Chef and Holistic Health Counselor accredited with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a graduate of The Kushi Institute and Institute For Integrative Nutrition.
