I am an individual who embraces life with open arms. Good or bad, I believe everything happens for a reason. I truly have no regrets, and know that I have learned valuable lessons from all of my life experiences...and there are so many more to come! I am a leader, not a follower. I am driven, optomistic, and aproachable. Family comes first in my book. No matter what the distance is between us or the time apart, I come from a tight knit family with a great sense of pride and strength. I am so thankful for each and every one of them.

My greatest love affair thus far has been with food. Cooking, educating and teaching others about great food and proper nutrition is my greatest passion. In this day and age, our lifestyle choices are very important to our overall well being. I am an avid practitioner of Yoga, as Martha would say: "it's a good thing." I am also a cowgirl at heart. My father is a true horse wisperer, and has blessed me with the gift of having horses my entire life. I have participated in parades, competed in shows and light rodeo, such as, team-pinning and cattle sorting. I have a beautiful horse named, Jo Lee. In addition, I enjoy being in front of the camera, I have been modeling and acting for several years. My career has led me to live in all the great U.S. cities, Miami, New Orleans, Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles. I enjoy them all for different reasons, but hands-down, nothing beats the warm sun, tropical air, vibrant and care-free attitude of Miami Beach. It definetly holds a very special place in my heart. I believe in another life I must have been born in South America or the Caribbean :)
