I'm a stay-at-home mom....ok, my 'kids' are 22 and 19....Let me start again. I'm a writer. Passions include my husband of 28 years, 2 kids, an obsequious golden retriever, spending time with entire family (and friends), making new friends, IDEAL-WAY.com (a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of intellectually disabled)....and a grumpy computer. Over the past couple of years, I've dumped a lot of baggage (negative self-talk and limiting attitudes), acquired a wonderful storehouse of new tools, thanks to the wonderful teachers that the Universe sends, from time to time, and thoroughly enjoyed (well, sometimes resistance rears its ugly head) my end of the spiritual pool.
