As the founder of the Institute for the Development of Evolutionary Awareness, I have fused my entrepreneurial spirit with my life’s purpose: to assist others in accelerating their personal evolution.

I became certified in 1995 as an N.L.P. Master Practitioner and am a respected trainer in the field. Additionally, I have master many other approaches to personal development, transformation, and Personal Evolution; approaches from both the East and the West. With this background, I tend to look more deeply into people than they normally see into themselves.

I.D.E.A. is about comprehensive Personal Evolution, an integral approach to life, and three-dimensional thinking. IDEA is one of the few organizations dedicated to accelerating your evolutionary development and thereby elevating your stage of development. In other words, rather than working from the outside in, we work from the inside out; rather than pumping you up telling you that you can transform your life in one weekend—and having that fade in a few weeks—it is my job to make sure you keep the change. A far more realistic, holistic, and natural approach, modeled after the very nature of evolution itself.

I consider myself part spiritualist, part poet and part comedian. Both personally and professionally, I assist others in freeing themselves from whatever blocks them from enjoying true happiness and experiencing a life beyond “survival”, assisting them in living a life of “thrival”.
My approach is an integration of Eastern spiritual philosophies and the Western Human Potential Movement’s mental technologies. As a result, I can often be heard using “spiritual” and “capitalism” in the same sentence.
