I need a change. I'm not happy with my life at all and I can't really blame anything or anybody for what I have (or don't have) at this point in my life. I don't like what I see in the mirror. I'm fat. I gainned weight with anti depressant medication, and so far I haven't been able to follow any diets or exercice programmes I iniciated. My will power doesn't exist and guilt is another burden to carry on my shoulders.
