Whether it means eating chocolate for breakfast or never saying goodbye without letting someone know how they have touched me, I aim to live each day with the end in mind. As a raging enFj - I aspire to live life from the INSIDE OUT.... and that means having my heart in full view AND NEVER ever gambling when in Vegas (* Having no poker face can be VERY costly).

I believe I am at my best (in service to others and my commitment to growth) when I am 100% vulnerable - and daily strive to touch my own edge. This is a constant opportunity.

Life is an adventure in awakening inner mastery (AIM)! As a world-adventurer, life learner and psychologist, I love coaching others around exploring and creating amazing lives. I giggle daily, pinch myself and then thank the Universe for this amazing life. I am drawn to people who are inquisitive, creative and committed to designing their lives.

I love to learn – experientially and academically. I have my doctorate in psychology from the University of Virginia, Professional Coach Certification from the International Coaching Federation, executive coaching certificate from Georgetown University, advanced leadership training from Center for Creative Leadership, and Neurostrategist and NLP Practitioner Certification from SRI. I am certified in NLP, Hypno-therapy, Temporal dynamics and a wide range of assessments...
