About Me
I started PeopleJam in order to help people share the wisdom and insight they've gained from their personal experience with other people.
I believe that everybody has valuable expertise to share. We all have something we can learn from each other. In recent years, I've begun to search for the people who are really achieving amazing results in their lives. It turns out that they love to share their wisdom. People who have discovered a genuine sense of purpose in their lives are more than happy to share it with others.
I thought it would be great if there were a way to connect these experts together with everyone who wanted to learn about this information and share it with their friends.
When you get enough people together, amazing things happen. The power of each person is multiplied. In large numbers, people jam. Like a rock concert. And that's how the idea for PeopleJam emerged.
We definitely want to hear from you.
I am very glad to see you here. Looking forward to reading YOUR life story on PeopleJam!

Cutting Through the Mystical Bullshit About Radiant Energy and the LIfestreams Generator
Monday, May 12, 2008 - 05:09Here at PeopleJam we see a fair bit of New Age gimmickry and alternative healing mumbo jumbo. You don't have to be a hardcore skeptic to find this hocus pocus offputting. Sometimes the claims are so outrageous and the marketing is so trippy that it takes heroic levels of fortitude not to recoil in horror. Nevertheless, we keep an open mind. Hey, it's our mission at PeopleJam to make life better, and besides, somebody has to check this stuff out. Recently, I had an opportunity to do so.6 CommentsWhere are you in the Happiness Index?
Thursday, May 1, 2008 - 04:19Can you measure happiness? Apparently the Gallup polling organization thinks so. Today the Gallup-Healthways Well Being Index was introduced to provide a measure of American Happiness. According to this survey of more than 100,000 people, 49% of Americans consider themselves content with their lives right now and where they will be in five years.2 CommentsFool's gold in the Golden State

What is the most painful sensation you've ...
04/29/2008 - 03:50What is the most painful sensation you've ever felt? The worst pain I've ever felt was after bone surgery in my foot. I had to get a bone straightened in my foot, and the surgery consisted of cutting a v-notch in my metatarsal and then screwing a long metal pin into the bone to keep it straight. The surgeon had put a nerve block in my leg, just below the knee, which completely stopped all sensation. But the nerve block wore off about five hours after the surgery and then I experienced what can only be called exquisite pain. I felt the most intense incredible pain set in briskly, beginning in the foot and then gradually crowding every competing sensation and thought from my conscious mind. It changed my vision, the way I perceived the world around me. I couldn't concentrate, I couldn't think, I couldn't even vegetate and watch TV. All I felt was the intensely sharp undiminished pain in my bone. Yes, of course, I took whatever medication they prescribed for pain, but it really did very little to take the edge off. The pain lasted for 3 days, when it gradually subsided. I recall this sensation today when I find myself in a situation where I think I can't stand another minute. All I need to do is to reflect upon the day I survived after my bone surgery and then I know I can certain withstand just about anything. The human mind is an incredible thing. You can bear much more than you think. So what's the most intense pain you've ever experienced? And how did you survive to tell the tale?6 CommentsIf you could only ask God one question, ...
