"My Sacred Journal" is a companion workbook that goes along with Joan Marie Whelan's spectacular book, "Soul Discovery: 9 Principles for Revealing your Sacred Gifts." It contains a ton of useful activities that supplement the information, inspiration and insight found in the pages of "Soul Discovery." The two are synergistic and both provide useful tools to help readers define their spiritual selves and attain positive growth. If you are going to get "Soul Discovery" (which I highly recommend you do) you should definitely grab the companion journal as well!
