Another great and thoughtful book by Marianne Williamson.
In this book, you can hear Marianne's maturity in her choice of words and the steady flow of material, never rushed as she once seemed to be. Her writing style hasn't changed, just grown up a bit.
As always, her work is anchored in the "Course in Miracles" and quotes from that work abound. There are also prayers at the end of each section, which is nice because you are going to relate to one or more of the topics she covers, and as the thoughts surface, she provides a prayer for you to release, accept and overcome any clinging to the past that may stop you from moving ahead in your life.
I really enjoyed her description of the generation she grew up in, the perpetual "Peter Pan" mind set that allowed the young people of the 60's put maturity off for almost a lifetime, and her thoughts on why these "boomers" have another chance to change the world, now, at this late date.
This is a insightful look at taking the second half of your life and making something wonderful of it.
