I was first introduced to this series of books by Sanaya Roman from a friend of mine who is a strong believer in channeling. At first I thought these books must all be hogwash, until I read them. In spite of where the source of this wisdom sprouted, this particular book has words of wisdom that can help anyone.
Living with Joy is about finding your life’s purpose and doing it to your fullest potential. You have to know down inside you do not have to go with the flow of what others tell you should be done when you feel there is something else better for you. Meditate, look inside, and find what your heart wants you to do, and then do it. You will be happier.
You don’t really need a channeling spirit to tell you this, but it is nice to be reminded.
The author Sanaya Roman is a medium who channeled this book from her "wise and gentle spirit teacher." The tone is eerily clear with simple, insightful messages from "them" to "us" here on the other side.
Chapters include "Joy is an inner note you sound," "Don't take yourself so seriously," and "Freedom is your birthright." The channeled spirit explains that he is here to "teach the teachers and to heal the healers." He adds that "to have freedom be willing to give freedom."
I found this gift in the bargain-basement section of my favorite library in Marina del Rey, CA. When I first picked it up, I thought it was a bit trite and "out there" with its "keys to personal power & inner transformation." However, I recently needed a pick-me-up and so read page-by-page without skipping ahead. It was like light-bulbs kept going off in my head and I was indeed filled with "joy" and relief that I hadn't given it away.
If you're already spiritually inclined and looking to "take a quantum leap in any area" of your life, then "Living with Joy" will give you a systematic course to follow with "playsheets" designed to get to the bottom of who you really are and are capable of becoming.
Remember, "loving the self means stepping outside of guilt."
