This book will help ease your worries about breastfeeding. If you are having problems, there is actual advice about everything from latch on and pain to positions and going back to work. It does not tell you to just run and ask your doctor.

This is a great gift for newbie and veteran breastfeeding mothers alike. I was able to stop bothering my midwife with my nursing questions because this book answered everything for me. It may be helpful for a mom to be who is still deciding if she wants to breastfeed or not. There is a ton of information in particular about the benefits of breastfeeding.
