Given the fact that there is no escaping change and that the office environment is getting more unpredictable by the day, Who Moved My Cheese is a great coping mechanism if nothing else.

I came across this book when everything was hunky dory and didn't really see much value in it. But as soon as someone moved my cheese, some messages struck home and other people's rave reviews of the book started to make sense. The good thing is, you realise you are not singled out in any situation and that if you are open to possibilities, a lot can be adjusted around you.

One the other hand, though simply written, I didn't think the book was captivating enough to be classified as a great text. To each his own!
