The diet is totally vegan, sugar free, wine is bad, meat is worse, etc. I can't get beyond the language to read this book entirely. I’ve read that it is sassy and cute but they call food ‘crap’ and use a lot of foul language. The title is a good indication of how the rest of book reads but it just gets worse. It’s written by two models from Los Angeles so I’m not sure they can know what works without ever having been in the situation even though they call themselves pigs and talk a good game. There is something like a PETA section in the book also because of the vegan part of the diet. I love meat and all the abuse that comes with it so this was really gross in my opinion. They use tofu to replace meat in some of the recipes--I did browse the recipes a little bit. It is on the New York Times Bestseller list and there are more Skinny Bitch books on the way so it must have something to it. I mentioned I didn’t read the entire book so I can’t get more detailed.

I agree- the language in this book is a turn off- not at all cute and clever as one might think.
