My good friend, Stephanie introduced me to this book 2 months ago. She has three children and I have two children. We get together one day a week so our children can have a play date.
Stephanie and I both had researched many many books, dvd's, motivational tapes etc. But, we could never find anything that either of us could stay with or keep the achieved results before sliding back into our old habits.
Then, two months ago she excitedly shared with me the 8 Minute in the Morning Real Shapes... book. She had begun doing the 8 minute exercises and shared that she could tell she had more energy.
I thought to myself, "8 minutes, surely I can get up in the morning and give just 8 minutes". I bought my own book the next day and started the exercises that very evening.
Stephanie and I discuss the book all the time, and have fun coming up with weekly menus for foods that I never thought I could enjoy and still try to lose weight. Having the motivation from Jorge, and having a friend who's also doing the same book, has been awesome.
In two months she has lost 30 pounds and I've lost 23 pounds. I recommend this book to everyone out there who has the desire in their heart to want to be healthy and lose inches without having to jump into an instant gym routine, or instantly give up the foods you love. It really is only 8 minutes then as you go through your day you can smile because you know that you have taken time for yourself and a new tomorrow.

Thank you for that informative review. I was actually looking for someone who has read the book and followed it. I wanted to know the results as I'm planning to follow the book myself. Your review has helped me to decide on the book. I will definitely start my own 8 minutes in the morning regime!!
