This is one of Pamela Peeke's less known works. I don't really know why though - it's pretty good. As usual, Peeke is upbeat, fun, and perfectly tolerable.
This is based on a 12-week program personalized just for you and your needs. The focus during these 12 weeks are to get exercise, reduce stress, and eat right. The goal? To get rid of excess fat, build some muscle, and feel better with steadier emotions.
The important thing about this book is that it really works. Following the plan really does make you feel better. Granted, there are probably faster methods out there, but this is gradual, steady, reliable and true.
I also thought that the plan was very helpful and inspiring, and thought that you did a good job of reviewing what was in the book.
