I liked the ideas this book gave me for ways of eating. I don't like that it is called a "diet" because it makes me think that this is something I only have to do for a little while, and then I can go back to eating like a hog. It doesn't work that way. You have to be committed to a lifestyle change for this book to work for you. Overall, it gives good options to healthy eating and portion sizes. I would recommend it for somebody who has the discipline to completely change the way they live.
