When I saw this book, I said to myself, “Yeah, right. 8 minutes. How is that going to help a middle-aged woman with a lot of weight to lose?”
Encouraged by the positive reviews, I tried it and it is the best thing I have come across in my quest to lose weight in a long time. I felt that I needed to do more than the 8 minutes, but went by the program.
I’m a believer! I got up, excited to start, checked the motivational daily messages that Jorge gives and could not believe how, in a very short amount of time, how much more energy I had and how much it revved up my metabolism.
I don’t have to join a gym, spend lots of money, brave the elements to run, take up room in my house with a treadmill. Of course, you will want to do more,, but Jorge will deal with that when you are ready.
I will definitely buy more of his books as I like the meal plan also.
Well, friedclam, you sound a lot like me. I'm a 41-year-ol woman with some serious weight to lose, but I'm skeptical about an 8-minute program like you were. But there are some pretty positive reviews here, especially yours, and I think I may give it a try. Thanks for the review.
