This book has bits and pieces of information that everyone in a relationship can use, but all of the books from this series pretty much have the same information but have been re-hashed into a new title. Once you've read one, you can pretty much expect to see the same information in the next one.

If you haven't already read the Mars and Venus books, you will find some helpful information here regarding communication styles, when to back off when he needs some alone time to think, etc., although feel that some of the information should be taken with a grain of salt.
