Would you like to know the secrets to making all the money you’ll ever want?
Now, two mega-bestselling authors with decades of experience in teaching people how to achieve extraordinary wealth and success share their secrets. Mark Victor Hansen, cocreator of the phenomenal Chicken Soup for the Soul series, and Robert G. Allen, one of the world’s foremost financial experts, have helped thousands of people become millionaires. Now it’s your turn.
Is it possible to make a million dollars in only one minute? The answer just might surprise you. The One Minute Millionaire is an entirely new approach, a life-changing “millionaire system” that will teach you how to:
* Create wealth even when you have nothing to start with.
* Overcome fears so you can take reasonable risks.
* Use the power of leverage to build wealth rapidly.
* Use “one minute” habits to build wealth over the long term.
The title of this book instantly caught my eye because of the sheer irony it contained. I wanted to know how I could make all the money I ever dreamed of, and this book described just that. The main theme that this book portrayed was the fact that money can be easily made in a limited amount of time, with a limited amount of resources. This book poses as an "ego boost" as well because it gives one the power to overcome hurdles that could possibly deter them from achieving greatness. Very inspirational as well.
I am of the mindset that you are or are not millionaire material. Some people have "it" and are natural at it, some people have "it" and don't know it, but they make a lot of money, and then some have "it" and tell others how to realize "it" Thats what Hansen does.
I like his writing style, but I don't like the basic premise that by reading one single book you'll be able to become a millionaire. It requires inspiration, it requires a dream, it requires passion. No matter how many books like this I read, no book can drive passion. If you don't have it, you won't make the money you want. Some people have passion, but they don't know where to put it...which can actually be a bigger problem. Good book, but lacking passion.
The One Minute Millionaire is actually two books in one. The first is motivation mixed with how to on real estate, network marketing, internet and business which runs on the left facing pages. On the right facing pages runs the 2nd book--this one is a fictional story. It explains in two very different ways how to focus on your goals, find strength in yourself and others by building a network of mutually supporting and equally motivated people. Dreaming envisioning, believing and taking action is what this book explains with an encouraging perspective. The positive affirmations in this book are amazing. It also offers sensible business tips on networking, creative sales techniques and the importance of having multiple sources of income to gain your desired financial success. It gives you all the various options, but not only that, it shows you how to choose between all the options that are right for you. But even more, it shows you that becoming an Enlightened Millionaire is not a solitary pursuit-you must do it with others, and you must all grow together! And it shows you how you can grow successful together! But even better, it appeals to both styles of learning. You can read the left half of the book if you want the bare bones practical advice, or if you learn better in a story format, you can read the story of Michelle, a widowed mother trying to earn a million dollars in 90 days as part of a wager against her in-laws for custody of her two young children, and all the various methods she goes through and setbacks she endures along the way. If you want to be inspired to achieve all of your goals, then this book is a must read.
