Well, it didn't work for me. Maybe for some the idea of eating every three hours is possible and will help them lose weight. But me? Even following his directions of how much to eat, I gained weight. That's the opposite of what I was trying to do!

I bought this book on clearance at a popular chain bookstore. The information contained seemed like it would work for some people but I just couldn't get it to work for me.
Honestly I'm someone who has to eat when they are hungry. Some days I can eat every six hours and others I feel as though I need to eat every hour.
I felt like I was starving and the hunger pains over took me.
This book did not work for me, but if you are dedicated, it might work for you.

Too many of us are used to eating 2 - 3 square meals a day. That's how we grew up. But this isn't working for many of us. Some women don't make time in the morning for a good breakfast, and end up eating anything that comes by on the coffee cart later. Jorge Cruise's method emphasizes that beginning the day with a healthy meal and keeping that energy level up by eating wisely during the day will make all the difference in our metabolism. This method really works. More importantly, it makes you think about the quality of the food that you are putting in your mouth. I have followed his book for about 6 weeks now and have lost 12 lbs. In addition to feeling better because I'm eating better, I have also noticed that I don't have that sluggish feeling about 10:00 a.m. or again at 4:00 p.m., because my blood sugar hasn't plummeted. I strongly suggest reading this book and making his methods part of your life style.
