I'm not a religious person but very spiritual and I felt this book was meant for someone who was a bit more religous than I.

I love the idea of each of our spirits having made a sacred contract before coming to earth but I got lost as how to keep accessing that contract. I think this book may be more for people who believe in one divine power.

I honestly wasn't able to finish the book as my mind just kept wandering.
