My mom bought this to take every day and help with her overall daily function. I can't help but think this was marketed as a gimmick, like a product marketed with the "step" system. I'm sure this system is helpful for most, but my mother said she could have simply just taken a multivitamin and the effects would have been virtually the same. The product seems to flashy for it to actually work.

Life Balance is sound and well rounded. But, my problem with this is that it's expensive and to continue it means $99 out of your pocket each time. For an Athletic person, or someone who doesn't have a problem with funds, then yes, this program isn't a problem.

Then I question, what about teens who care about health and how they look, this could affect their self image.
