I had read this author's book, "How to Win Friends and Influence People", so I was really excited about reading this book. I definitely was not disappointed and was very glad that I purchased it. One of the best things about this book is that it was written to where I could understand it. Not that I'm not intelligent, but it was written in "everyday" words that made sense. Mr. Carnegie has done in depth research on worry and the solutions for it. He tested the solutions with lots of people who suffered from worry and they were able to get past their worry. Also, I really liked how the author stressed that attitude is the most important thing. He explains that there is really no point in "crying over spilled milk", if you will; the past is just that--the past and it cannot be changed. He also states that the problems we are facing now will always seem bigger than what they actually are. The author encourages us to prepare for the worst and things will automatically get better. I tried a lot of Mr. Carnegie's techniques and have noticed a big difference. Highly recommended.

This is another great review. Wow! This book sounds extremely helpful. Worry is such a hard thing to over come. I'm glad that this book talks about actual techniques that help with worry.
