I love Weight Watchers, I really do. I do the program and count the points. The one thing I don't like is how plain the food tastes. I consider my self a pretty good cook, but you do anything of these recipes and eat it, you can tell that they just seem off. It's not that they taste bad and that's the problem. People will eat it and say, that doesn't tastes bad, but it doesn't taste good. I find that I'm able to create healthy meals that are full of flavor that are low in calories.
I do like the book though, because for people that are used to cooking or thinking that they can't make healthy meals taste good, this will help. I just wish it did more on the research end for the best recipes.
Thank you for your honest opinion on this book. I have actually never had any weight watcher foods. It's good to read your opinion about these recipes. Weight Watchers is extremely popular and people rave about it. I thought that the foods tasted better.
