I’m a vast reader and I have read many books on varied subjects. In my opinion, most of the self-improvement books are good as a theory. But many of them don’t work at all when applied practically. Dale Carnegie’s “How to win friends and influence people” is a great self-improvement book that works.
I learned many techniques from this book and successfully applied all of them in my life. I won many friends and I can influence them even now. I take care to remember the names of all my friends. I appreciate if someone does a job with excellence.
I don’t hesitate to say sorry when I learn I’m wrong. I avoid arguments for I know very well that they never do any good to any one. I present my dear and near ones with gifts on special occasions.
I give respect to the other person’s opinions.
This book worked well for me. I’m sure it will work for all.
I appreciate how you write about how exactly this book has helped you. I can see that it’s helped you a great deal. This is a great review and I enjoyed how you gave your personal application of the concepts in the book.
