My wife gave me his book, because I was so worried about everything. I was worried about what people thought or said. I was worried about the bills. I was worried about the car and not being able to get where I needed to go for work. Being a soldier in the Army, it's hard not to worry about simple things like this. When I first met my wife, she is bipolar and managed to keep it together more than me. I asked her how she did it, and that's when she gave me this book. This book has taught me how to deal with stress, in a positive way. It's taught me to laugh more and worry less. It's changed my life, so I am now as happy as the next person. I'm trying to become as happy and as content as my wife. I recommend this book to any of the worry warts out there. It's about time everyone started to enjoy their life at least a little bit more.
